What We're Looking For:

Experience operating CNC machines (mills, lathes, or multi-axis machines)
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Basic understanding of G-code and M-code
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Team player with good communication skills
Willingness to work in shifts (if needed)
Technical education in mechanical engineering (preferred)

What You'll Be Doing:

Operating CNC milling machines and lathes
Setting up and preparing machines for production runs
Monitoring machine operations and making adjustments as needed
Performing quality checks on produced parts
Maintaining clean and organized work area
Collaborating with programming and engineering teams

Requirements:

Proven experience in CNC programming (minimum 2 years)
Proficiency in CAM software (Mastercam, SolidCAM, or similar)
Strong knowledge of G-code and M-code programming
Experience with 3-axis, 4-axis, or 5-axis programming
Understanding of cutting tools, speeds, and feeds
CAD software knowledge (SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Your Responsibilities:

Creating and optimizing CNC programs for complex parts
Selecting appropriate tools and machining strategies
Collaborating with design and production teams
Troubleshooting and improving existing programs
Maintaining documentation and program libraries
Training operators on new programs
